Have known TGF for 2 years 5 months and have a 14 month old daughter together

not sure of best visa to apply for do we go for the fiance visa or tourist visa my

intensions are to get married in near future.

Have you already taken care of your daughters citizenship at the Australian Embassy, and have you applied for an Aussie passport for her?

If so, you should next familiarise yourself with the visa types on offer and what each entails as far as applying for same. A good place to start is here.

I have never had to apply for Citizenship by Descent but I think it would be fairly straight forward.
