Where can I buy Psyllium husk powder ?

I have tried pharmacies in Bangkok and Pattaya but they only sell Mucillin which is not the same .

Try asking for Ispaghula in a pharmacy like Facino. I know they have it, as do others. Psyllium = ispaghula in various parts of the world.

I buy them in Germany on www.ebay.de from a company named Golden Peanut. 3 x 1 kg with free shipping for 29 euros I think. 99% purity.

I've been taken it for months and love it. It really works well.

But no to price gouging. 100 grams for like 300 Baht?!? Forget it!

I checked their prices , maybe I can save $5 compared with the dealer in Phuket but is it worth it? Also the hassle to get the package through customs etc.

I bought it (ispaghula) a couple times at Fascino on Pattaya Nua. You could probably get it through their shop on Pattaya Tai, as well. ISTR that if Pattaya Tai doesn't stock something that Pattaya Nua does, they can have it sent to Pattaya Tai for you to pick up there.
