Hi all, I hope you can help. I checked on the supporting documents on the gov.uk website it states that if you are not a national from the country which you are applying from then you need to have a residence permit, green card, or valid visa showing your current immigration status. Just a quick question - does the work permit need to be provided too or just the visa in the passport? Anyone got any ideas? If i have to provide the work permit, the titles are in english, but under the titles they are in thai, so i guess we would need to get another translation, and we are are kinda running out of time before his appointment at vfs.

I thought your husband, the applicant, was Thai?

If not, then provide all current documentation to show his immigration status in Thailand.

Although the supporting documents guidelines do say that any document not in English or Welsh should be accompanied by a certified translation, I wouldn't worry too much about visas etc., the ECOs will be used to them.
