AleG Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Are u kidding me. They issue receipts to terrorists for the import of AK47s???? I mean it's almost as though this would have to be the stupidest person in the world just waiting for the police to arrest them and put them in prison. Let's assume you are the bagman (or woman) that disburses money to people that kill for money, wouldn't you be compelled to keep track of things? lots of evidence at the house of Kritsuda That's a nice house for a 26 year old political activist. 2
Popular Post Tatsujin Posted September 20, 2014 Popular Post Posted September 20, 2014 This is all fiction.....evidence would only be displayed in court.....even the reds have admitted they never knew her......reciepts for buying AK47s........more utter incompetance from the RTP! You're not going to be believe ANY evidence that goes against your beloved reds, are you? No matter what they Military or RTP do, you'll continue to refute it, right? Cos heaven forbid they actually can finally, definitively and legally make a link between the financiers/suppliers of the red shirts and the MiB, which will basically then mean your hero's are terrorists themselves. 9
rubl Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 kritsuda is being persecuted guys. don't be so gullible. Well, that's what you get with alleged terrorists. Hunt them down and so.

rubl Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 lots of evidence at the house of Kritsuda Not sure if that is her sitting on the ground in the video but it looks like her. if so and they took why didn't they charge her and hold her longer than 27 days she certainly right at the top of the thaksin tree. Tjeez man, what type of country you think we live in Lots of people have pictures with their hero. Are you suggesting all should be asked to report for questioning ?
Popular Post robblok Posted September 20, 2014 Popular Post Posted September 20, 2014 All the pics of her with Taksin.. and sending money to blackshirts.. does not take much to assume who supplied the money. If proven the red posters here would really have to bow their head in shame as then its clear that Taksin is responsible for the civilian deaths as he started this. Also explains why during the reign of the PTP official line was there are no men in black. 3
ramrod711 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 They aren't proving their case in the media, only showing that evidence against her DOES exist. Absolutely she needs a trial. I agree, a jury of her peers, now where can we find 12 terrorists. 1

I agree, a jury of her peers, now where can we find 12 terrorists. I don't think Thailand knows the 'jury' system, just like the Netherlands. At times I think that's a wise decision. Of course, if a majority of Thais would suggest to introduce juries and tell the NRC I'm sure they will include it in their reforms for the good of the country. Certainly politicians and HiSo miscreants would like that.

Yes and no.. it might be harder to bribe 12 as one.. but keeping an eye on 1 permanently is more easy as checking out 12 that change all the time.. the money can change hands far later as the trial. I think a jury is far easier to corrupt here as a judge.

Thai at Heart Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Police chief rebuffs Kritsuda The Nation BANGKOK: -- National police chief General Somyot Poompanmoung yesterday insisted police had evidence implicating Kritsuda "Ple" Khunasen in helping wire money to the so-called "men in black" to pay them for violent acts during the red-shirt protests in 2010. He said if Kritsuda, who is in self-imposed exile, issued another video to counter his allegation he would make public further evidence against her. He said that would be on top of transaction slips and other documents indicating the money transfers that were found at her Chon Buri home. Somyot denied he had stated publicly that the Pheu Thai-linked United Front for Democracy Against Dictatorship (UDD) was involved with the violent protests in 2010. He repeated that the five people suspected of being men in black had not been linked to the murder of Colonel Romklao Thuvatham. The Royal Thai Police chief was speaking after core UDD leaders met him on Thursday in an attempt to distance themselves from the men in black. Source: http://www.nationmultimedia.com/politics/Police-chief-rebuffs-Kritsuda-30243700.html -- The Nation 2014-09-20 Ummmm. Can't they just get the info from the bank of the account activity. That way it would be impossible for them to have forged any of the transfer slips. Which of course the BIB would never do. This reminds me of some of the receipts I used to put on expenses from entertainment nights in Patpong.
Popular Post WhizBang Posted September 20, 2014 Popular Post Posted September 20, 2014 Brilliant! Terrorists issue receipts and have detailed accounting records of their arms deals. Really Somyot, surely you can do better than that. Actually, I do believe it. You don't really think Thaksin gives these people a blank check, do you? No, he will want receipts, or some form of accountable documentation before parting with his ill gotten gains. 4

So from which illegal arms dealer in Thailand does one get hold of an ak47 with an invoice. Or even better, which customs code do they put on an unlicensed import of ak47s. Or beyond that, if you would like to transfer some money to a company overseas to pay for something, which invoice stating Ak47 do you present to the bank. This story is utter nonsense.

I was not referring to pictures with her hero She was sitting on the ground at the police and armys request possible handcuffed , the evidence found should have been enough to charge her with terrorism . 27 days was not enough in custody if they had this evidence. We also know how trusting he is... only trusts his family. It must be hard for your kind to see the reds for what they actually are a terrorist organisation. That caused their own deaths. I'll leave members to their own ideas on why that might not be considered. yes extradition is easy and can be done in 20 minutes just on a phone call - look at Shinawatra - he was easy to extradite. What on EARTH are you talking about? I think you and "bear" have been going to the same village classes!

What are you talking about, no attempt was ever made to extradite Mr. T, no Interpol Red Notice, nothing. It took the Dems government a year before his then passport was cancelled. Sorry to disappoint you but i do know about extraditions and what's involved but usually an hour covers it.
