My car is going in for some work next month and i will be looking to rent a car for 3 or 4 days, would like to rent Mercedes-Benz C-class 180, Mercedes-Benz C-class 200, or Mercedes-Benz C-class C220 Does anyone have experience of renting such cars in Bangkok and any suggestions of a good place to rent from.

I live in the Sathorn area of the city so closer the better.

Highway? car rent is the name I think

I have used Highway car rent a couple of times and they were fine, although i was only renting an Altis. They've been there for absolutely ages so i'm sure they are reputable.

Thanks for that percy i have actualy already sent e-mails asking for tariffs from Highway Car Rent, Lumpinee Car Rent Center and Sathorn Car Rent Co.

Any other decent places?

Hi there TYG, how did you find the service you recieved, what were the rates like?

both times i rented an Altis 1.6 for 1,300 per day. I think there might have been another couple of hundred baht on top of the total, can't remember what for (possibly insurance?) but it still worked out quite reasonable.

Someone rear ended me in a car that i had rented from Highway at the end of Sathorn.

They were great about it. Servcie was cool.
