Of course the other possibility is he could be covering a tattoo or series of tattoos

If you look at footage and photos from AC bar bar or just general cctv footage from koh tao you will notice you don't see many men walking round without a shirt on...well not that i have seen anyway.

was the perp in the cctv footage around the time of the crimes topless for a reason? Most staff of AC bar wear shirts that are the same as many other bars in the area usually do too..

Then he was playing guitar and did not see david.

Now you say he was with David the whole time.

Really i don't know which one is true. But people who are telling the truth dont usually do the two step with their stories.

I think sean lured hannah to the beach . Maybe the Thai guys had asked him to. I think sean was all in for a bit of friendly female harassment, the thai guys had more serious things in mind hence the hoe. The condom is probably seans. What doesnt sit well with me, is, why would Hannah's friends/friends, allow her to be out that late if they thought she was alone? Why wouldnt they go back together, unless the friends knew Hannah was already with, or leaving, with somebody else (likely David)

What is still being discussed is the circumstances exactly surrounding the initial beach meeting with Hannah and David. From what I have heard and no I cannot confirm this hypothesis but I believe that Hannah was being assaulted on the beach where the blood is first seen. David was with Sean - they had met up. The beach is very close to a c bar Sean and David started down to the beach on hearing the screams. Sean was threatened he ran. David was threatened but continued his way down to hannah despite the numbers being against him. The Thais saw it was Sean that was with David and had been threatening him ever since. The night he reported the threats was the crescendo it was not the first threat sean had received since that night. David absolutely lost his life fighting for Hannah's and was as noble as Sean said. The lack of clothing and the condom are anomalies.

The above hypothesis seems quite plausible. Hannah is seen walking alone and is raped but without the intention to murder her - the perpetrators believe they will get away with it. A single white girl's story can be easily covered up. Now David enters the scene and is killed so that there are no witnesses. Now that Hannah is also witness to David's murder they have to silence her too. Sean stubbornly stays on the island afterwards and he too is on the list of witnesses to be silenced. I can believe it.

Did Sean and David meet up though?

That is what we don't know because he has said a bunch of contradictory statements, and why it would be extremely important to get Sean, David and Hannah's phone records.

He is in hiding in Europe. He got out of Thailand as fast as he could blacked out communication. Did not stay to even see justice for his friend ? His noble "brother"? He didn't do it. Confident he s incapable of such however strongly strongly suspect he was faced with a very frightening choice that night. And he wasn't the noble one. If my "brother " had been murdered like that sure as hell I d be staying in Thailand working with the embassy and reporters.

At 7.47pm David and his friend Chris Ware were filmed walking towards the bar. They were then recorded at 12.55am leaving, stopping in a convenience store for a toasted sandwich, before walking back to their bungalow.

In a police interview Mr Ware told officers that David then told him he was going out to get some cigarettes but another friend revealed he went instead to nightclub AC to meet up with Hannah and her friend Emma Madeline.

Hannah may have run ahead to the beach. Do not discount that Sean was not with David in the scenario above. He claimed David was noble in his actions and wrote an almost frantic facebook posting. Sean thought he was " one of them" but at the end of it all who can trust a pot smoking neurotic ? Sean is scared as he should be. But not only from one night of harassment.

Not judging him in any way its just he made all these contradictory statements he didn't even need to make that naturally he would be considered a suspect in a normal criminal probe.

Sean has said he slept and therefore never caught up with David as intended. I imagine that with the type of lifestyle he was living though, he may just as well have woken after midnight and then headed out- he did admit to being on the beach playing guitar and singing. It seems like the kind of place where you could sleep into the evening because the bar action really gets going in the wee hours of the morning. So yes, both of Sean's statements could be true - slept that night and headed out in the very early hours.

Also i thought AC bar shuts at 2am. Wasnt the Full Moon Party that night? Im sure they attract hundreds, and on other islands, thousands of people, who party well into the morning light. There are fire shows and very strong 'shakes' made with magic mushrooms and other drugs. Those 'shakes' are well known for causing depression and dark moods. Somebody saw everything we have questions about.
