A rough 99% of the victims were Indians/arabs whatever name you would like to call them.

People know if you can pay to stay there you have dough, and in their pockets it will go.

For a hotel of that calibre the security and welfare of guests is obviously lacking in standards and needs revising.

I didn't say that. I said that his background and upbringing has more to do with him being gullible than his age if anything there are less old fools in Pattaya than young ones.
