Samsung Appliance Repair--Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

I am trying to find the telephone number for Samsung Appliance Repair--home service--as I have a washing machine in need of repair. A website lists 1-800=292=232 which is incorrect. I was wondering if anyone does have the phone number, as I prefer not to take a trip into town to ask them how to call for a service call to my home.

According to zodio, the number is 053 218 777 (North side of Moat)

Thank you very much.

Recently we rang them and were diverted to Bangkok.Check with Mr Google if you don't have any joy

Siam T.V. is good for service, they will collect and return after repair, small charge involved.

Recently took a microwave in for repair at Saha Panich on the Mae Rim Road.(also Toyota car showroom) Were told by Samsung that they are their repair agents

Mixed success with Siam TV recently on Samsung Washing machine. Was told after four years it's difficult to get parts. A bit troubling on 20-30,000 appliances. Will try Saha Panich as stated in this thread.

Used them last month to repair my double door fridge

The number is 053-240117 No English spoken but service

was excellent
