My LG TV lets me save programmes to a USB connected hard disk drive. Great. It works and I can replay them on my TV.

When I connect the drive to my PC, the structure of the files and folders looks like this:



I want to convert the files to a video file so I can play them on my PC.

I've tried TS-Doctor and get "File is encrypted. Process aborted!" message.
I have also tried Nucleus Kernel JFS Data Recovery Tool, but that says it cannot "find the partitions".

Anyone else tried - and succeeded - in extracting the original video from these files?

Be very, very, very paranoid about sites suggesting you download any utilities or 'helper' codecs.
