Featured Replies

Anyone else have a Samsung Triangle Air con? ( Sorry for the misspelling in the title)

I got one of this Shi......! It has a cracking sound in the plastic every time it go cols or hot, and it is LOUD.

I have the service home five times, and the even change the plastic cover...Now it cracking even more.lol

I have call them again, but now nothing happen, no reply at all.

Some one have a idea how to fix it...........Without toss it out thanks!

It is noisy when you try to sleep :-(

Same thing happened with my aircon a few years ago. Landlady called the technicians who replaced the compressor and after that it was fine again.

Yeah have two units, one samsung and one LG and they are both making cracking sounds. Quite irritating.

Yep. Difficult if you are a light sleeper.

You could try loosening the cover fixing screws 1/2 a turn or so. Any movement would then occur gradually rather than building up and going snap (think earthquake).

Hi Hellstens,

Could you fix the problem with your samsung AR13 ?

They have promotion for the AR triangle AR5000 inverter, smart AC.

Your problem was one year ago maybe now they have fixed it in Samsung factory for new models ..

I would not like to buy one and have the same problem as you.

Thanks for the info.

We had this problem with the original Sanjo Denki that came with the house. It wasn't the compressor rather the rubber gaskets between the compressor and the unit proper. The gaskets were worn out.
