Cleaned My Closets

Just went through my closets and purged them. If I were in the States, I'd have taken the purged items to a Salvation Army, or a Goodwill store. But as far as I know, there aren't any here. What is the equivalent in Thailand?

Most of what I'm getting rid of is clothes- for a 6'2" frame Thus, I'm not so sure the orphanages will want my hand-me-downs.

Any ideas where to dispose of this stuff so it will go where it's needed most?

So is it that we don't know, or am I wasting my time trying to giving away farang sizes....

I am sure there are charities that accept used clothes but not sure if they would be interested in such large clothes.

You could try posting in the Classifieds, also baht and sold does an online classifieds.

Something along the lines of "free to the first taker"
