Koh Tao Murder: Rights Agency Threatens Legal Action Against Police

Featured Replies

The crime should have been given to Police General Seripisut to handle.

The forensics to Porntip.

The amount of evidence left behind would have meant a speedy, correct outcome.

I dunno. I used to idolize Dr. Porntip, and she apparently did a great deal to drag the police and courts into the 20th century, especially in getting them to make use of forensic science. My admiration took a severe blow when she backed the purchase and use of those phony "bomb detectors."

Exactly how credible would the UK consider her. They convicted the man selling the GT200 and sentenced him to 10 years for selling a device that was 100% fraudulent. If I am not mistaken, she used it to prove a woman didn't use explosives in 2008
