Featured Replies

The beach at Nam Rin was particularly clean today, it can be hit or miss, but today was a sure fire hit!!

No oil in the sand. Has not had for a long time, even when it did it was for a very brief period, a few days.

That's good to know. Last time I was there, they seemed to be having a "Festival Of Litter" or something similar.

Was at Phala Beach yesterday, and also clean, quiet, and generally a great family day out. Long may it continue.smile.png

Started walking it in the AM a couple times a week.

Seems to be much nicer these days.

Just the trash at the end by the hotel does not get picked up until they schedule a smaller truck to pick it up.

I saw the normal size truck down there picking up the barrels, but they could not fit through the trees going towards Phayun/ Pala Beach.

The quietest on week days has to be Phayun beach and really they keep the trash collected there.

hey check out the new restaurant right on da beach at the end of the Pala Beach pier.

Do it at sun down to see the daily event.

Does anyone know of a sun down viewing good spot in the area?

Looks like I can answer my question the Pala Pier best for viewing sun set at this time of year.

That Pala Pier Bar is closed on Mondays.
