Hi, i am shortly going to be teaching in Phuket on a 12 month contract. I am looking for a some long term accomodation, preferably near to Phuket Town (as that is where i will be working) though i m not too bothered about travelling up to 30 mins. I need more than just a room as i will be living there for 12 months, so i need a bedroom and a living room plus a kitchen with fridge and gas rings. Air con isnt a requirement really and neither is close proximity to girlie bars or discos. I have had a look in the Phuket Gazette but have found it wanting.....

Can anyone give me any help/tips or leads. I reckon i can afford up to 10,000 a month at a pinch but would prefer something in the 6 or 7000 a month bracket.
