Chelsea seem to be the only team that doesn't have a need to buy.

Well Toad the rumor mill should interest you then. Vlaarr and Vertonghen being linked for center back and Strootman deal supposed to be verbally agreed. He'd be your central midfield, defensive midfield or able to take on a role of deep playmaker.
