We plan to found a Ltd. The business purpose will be wood manufactoring, selling the furniture to furniture dealers in Thailand, exporting the furniture to Europe, USA and other countries. The wood will be bought in Thailand. The name of the wood is Samanea Saman (Botanical name) or Jamjuree Wood (Commercial name). The manufactoring will take place in Pattaya.

1. Can foreigners get a workpermit as cabinetmaker and salesman within this company?

2. Are there special laws regarding buying, manufactoring and selling wooden items.

3. Is it allowed to manufacture this wood in Thailand?

4. Do any documents have to be requestet from the woodtrader to show the legality of the wood?
