Hi all,

looking at starting the application process for a spouse visa back to the land of OZ. I am living in BKK and was wondering if anyone knows of any tried and tested/approved immigration agents to assist in the application.

I dont want to disillusion you but my experience says either use someone from your own country (an experienced immigration lawyer - expensive) or dont! One thing all the agencies seem to have in common is wanting 100% of the fee up front - oh of course they will offer partial or full refunds if the visa fails - huh! right! who heard of anyone getting refund for anything in Thailand - its just not the way business is done there. I think you can probabaly get enough good advice here from people who have made applications and go it alone - I wish I had! :o

Agree with this statement, have a bash yourself then post on this forum for any advice, there have been many who have done it before and a lot going thru the process now.
