There are many shopping areas in Bangkok. These include: Silom, Siam Square, Ratchadamri, Pratunam, Ploenchit and Bang Lamphu. The main markets include Chatuchak Weekend Market, Nailert Market, Pratunam Market, Banglamphu Market and areas around Chinatown.......................................................................

brilliant thanks for that just what i was looking for .........

There are a few places, not sure where except for Central Bang Na (been there), that have water parks on the top. Pools, tubes, slides. I know there are several and any hotel could get you in a cab or BTS to one. Never knew a kids who couldn't stay in the water for half a day...

They might be a little young but renting a long-tail boat for a ride through the Thonburi canals is nice. Bring snacks and drinks and make a little party of it. Leave from Tha Tien.

Go see a movie and sit in the deluxe theater – lazy boy leather vibrating seats with blankets. Nothing like it in the West. Of course they will just fall asleep but what’s wrong a sleeping 4 & 5 year old?

Hire a hotel babysitter and have a fun night with your wife. Take her to Vertigo then out dancing at Bed or someplace like that.

Have fun,
