It's a mod matter. I'm sure the reasons were told to the person involved. I certainly wouldn't know as I am not a mod. If you really need to know, surely someone can communicate with the person in question and find out what was communicated.

At the moment i am trying to renew my Irish Passport - no one will sign the photos. I had a hissy fit in the bank the other day . no can do. So now i have to go to some poxy place on Monday to get them to say i look like me. And queue up with refugees. It's called the Population Office!!

The price isn't too bad. about 40 quid for a ten year one.

No, in Swissland!! I'll get it sorted on Monday here. It's just i have left it so late - the one i have runs out on the tenth. But i didn't know i had to go to this official place which obviously has been closed for two weeks for the holidays. All systems go on Monday morning. It's all paid for etc. just the photos signed then off to Berne then off to Dublin then back to Berne then back here. I've got all the stamped addressed envelopes and the form is written with a black ball point pen, and i am not smiling in the photos.

But, i shall ring up the Embassy and tell them to change their fact sheet to Banks do not sign the photos. So that others do not think they do. A fact for you - the Irish Embassy in Berne Swissland does the passport applications for people who live in Switzerland, Lichenstein and ALGERIA. Ain't that odd.

Bedlam or not , forum rules still apply, as such discussion of moderation is not allowed & the way this topic is going, enough is enough.
