It requires a U.S. OR CANADIAN credit card and ccann only be streamed to a U.S. IP address. Assuming one has a U.S. card does any simple vpn located in the U.S. work? Takes about an hour for me to download. I would not use some sites that have been recommended in other posts (create "free" account and enter CC details, "we will not bill"). NEVER! I also think there really is political content in the movie that is understandably very threatening to the NK regime.
