Just a footnote for future reference: I've noticed a lot of the shops at Pantip only bother to open 4 days a week and close on the 3 slower days (can't remember which exactly). It's frustrating when you see exactly what you want behind a locked screen. So trying to avoid the mayhem isn't necessarily the best strategy if you want something not so mainstream.

Funny, everytime I decide to move myself to Pathip Plaza, I think of the traffic and all the hassle and decide not to go, today...14 Aug 2006, I finally decided and reallt went to find a shop where I am planning to build a new desktop. At first I was very happy as all the shops were opened, except the was I was looking for. I swear to you, all of them opened, except this one...I could only started smiling as the badluck was striking Will go again tomorrow (this time I got their phone number and will call first)

I have always found Pantip to be hit and miss, the shops in there just seem to open when they feel like it.
