Jai Dee
One speculative post containing defamation has been deleted from this thread. 6) You will not post comments that could be reasonably construed as defamation or libel.Defamation is the issuance of a statement about another person or business which causes that person to suffer harm. It does not have to be false to be defamatory. Libel is when the defamatory statement is published either in a drawing, painting, cinematography, film, picture or letters made visible by any means, or any other recording instruments, recording picture or letters, or by broadcasting or spreading picture, or by propagation by any other means. Defamation is both a civil and criminal charge in Thailand.

chickenslegs
It will be interesting to see how this pans out compared to the Red Bull driver's case. I would not know how to compare any cases, as after the initial coverage, I never see any follow up on whether the culprit gets convicted, goes to jail etc? Do we know the status of the red bull case? Filed, sine die.

ATF
"It was revealed that the officer was on his way home after completing a shift when the crash occurred and speculation has been widespread on social media that the crash may not have been an accident and may involve a Pattaya Bar Owner but this is purely speculation for now." Hope they catch the perp.
