i am looking for a source of quality butter and sauerkraut , any brand names and locations in Phuket i may find these ?

Flints does a good sauerkraut as does the German bakery at the beginning of sai Yuan on wiset Rd. Not sure if that one is still open as it's been closed lately but he had the best.

Some of the brands for sale are not pure butter.

i will check out the two sources for sauerkraut thanks , the butter, i just want to buy as close to pure as possible , now i was hoping someone who uses it for baking or cooking may know of a reputable brand here , dairy here in LOS can be hit and miss .....

Its not pure butter - it will still have that false sweet taste to it

Look for 100% butter - it will be more like 99%, this is normal, other than that its taste. You mentioned baking, what exactly?
