in the start of the next month i come to thailand to check some things for open my business,i like to open a mall kiosk for sunglasses, the sunglasses will come from china

i need contact man that can help me to do all the nesesery things to start this business,also i have local thai frand (also have some business ) that if can Write as my partner,but if i have other cooise is will be better.

i also have some questions

1-what is the expected price for company registration,for such business ?

2-do i mast to Write my local frand as my partner or have other Solution ?

3-what is the tax for such business ?

4-whay is the avrege cost for tax service for such business

5-how hard is to do Customs clearance in thailand ( one is unknown brand name, and one is famous

brand name,original not fake )
