From a reliable source - a intern seminar at one of the universities - i heard that new rules are in the making about the required Thai partnership in (new) Ltd's.....from the required 51% now to only 30%. Can anyone confirm this?

I can not confirm if there are any new rules in the making. I can tell you at present that it is required 51% Thai majority share holding.
