My Barclays pin sentry machine stopped working and I need to use one to re-enter on-line banking codes for on-line banking.

Is there someone out there who has a pin sentry machine I could borrow for a couple of hours, please?

Try putting a new battery in it

You can also use a Nationwide gadget they are identical

I've put in new batteries, it works with someone else's card, but not mine. I reckon the cards chip is probably knackered (though it works in cash points). Circular conversation with Barclays for 2 hours has me half convinced they update the machines (?) - he kept on banging on about how it was an older machine.

If it def doesn't work in another machine I'm gonna order another card. Unfortunately it's the only pinsentry we have, going to get another one sent.

I have a pinsentry that you can use - It's relatively new, as I went through the same scenario as you last year.....
