Budget acomm in Mae Hong Son

Featured Replies

Will spent some days in MHS can anyone hint some good budget guesthouse?

Gims Resort. Also get good reviews on Agoda etc.

This is within my budget definition; don't know about yours.

are there immigration approved farang friendly budget condos/accommodation/houses/etc in MHS? ie anyone done a 90 day report from them.

STAYed AT A HOTEL IN CENTRAL MHS years ago. it was budget wonder if it is still there.

I checked out 3 of the better hotels in the center in Sept.'14. Didn't like any of them. Room rates over the top for what is being offered.

The best one probably the Imperial MHS, but a bit away.

Stayed at Sangtong Huts many years ago. I think it is still there.

There are several budget guest houses in MHS. Look around the lake, or ask Nang at Salween river resturant at the lake she will help you.

Agree. Walk around the town lake. If you can't find a bed, you ain't tryin'.

And may i suggest that you go in late March or April when the air here is really foul.
