Water Treatment

Featured Replies

Thinking of a simple filter and UV treatment for drinking water, starting with rain water and town water then moving to underground bore water. This is out in Issan, any advice on where to get water quality testing carried out?

In Buriram one or more of the public colleges will do water testing for a fee. The same Provincial office where I got a chain saw license also issues well permits. Part of the fee for a legal well in Thailand includes a water test. Several shops that sell water treatment systems in Buriram also offer water tests. Perhaps other government universities in other provinces also offer a paid service to test well or village water.

Swimming Pools Thailand is up your way, and have a water testing service, Not sure if they do the kinds of tests you need, but maybe worth a try?
