Looking for investor for aquarium design business

We are looking for a short term investor to generate extra cash-flow into the business.

We are looking for a 500K initial investment for a period of 5 years at which you will get the full investment back + 5% interest

during that 5 years period you will receive a 2% share of all sales (not profit but sales) which will be paid out on a monthly bases.
