Cheap Flights in Laos

I discovered an airline in Laos that has cheap flights between Luang Prabang (LPQ) and Vientiane (VTE) . On 21 Feb 2015, I paid US$58 (460,000 Kip) LPQ to VTE on Laos Skyway Airlines. Their website was NOT working properly. I went to about 10 travel agents and no one offered flights by this airline. I had to go to the LPQ airport and pay cash, US$ or Laos Kip. Credit cards are not accepted.

A similar flight by Laos Airlines, same day, same time, similar aircraft, was sold out 3 days before flight, and the cost would have been a minimum of US$90 at a travel agent.
