I am very happy with my new Fortuner, but a biot disapointed with the sound quality of the factory installed car stereo system.

Does anyone know of a specialist place in the Pattaya region where I can have the speakers and amp upgraded? I don't want to change out the main console etc.

Thanks for any help

Try the big shop on Duck Square , near Big C.

It's the 1st shop on the right with the JBL/Dennon signs, I think they do car speakers as well.

Mobi, I never thought you were one of those people who wanted to drive around with your car vibrating to the sounds of jungle drums! Maybe you should have bought a pickup then you could have had those giant speakers fitted in the back! Seems to me that half the population are deaf and the other half are going that way because of this stupid base "music!" Oh for the days when you could actually listen to music and enjoy it without it making your whole body vibrate and causing you to be physically sick! :o:D

Oh Monsiieur Monsieur,

May I assure you that I have no intention of making my vehicle vibrate to the sound of jungle drums. I too abhore them - whether they are the local temple speakers or the neighbour's kid with 2 million megawatts in his back seat.

No, I just want a decent sound sytem, which includes a decent bass. Believe me, my Wife's little Jazz has a much better sound than my Fortuner.

Rest asssured, I shall not be deafening the good citizens of Pong and surrounding Mabprachan. :D
