Has anyone ever registered their (Thailand based) company with the B.O.I., Dept of Commerce, Dept. of Education or any other credible bodies in Thailand? If so, what were the requisites and benefits?

Has anyone ever registered a company at the 10M baht (or above) level? If so, what was the type, amount, and method of demonstrating assets?
