Kids are almost school age and we're considering moving south because of the assumption that they will have access to a better International School than here in the North East.

Any non-smart-ass comments/suggestions for a non-christian school with reasonable/good English capacity, well outside Bangkok (e.g. possibly somewhere between Hua Hin and Surat Thani)?

We're going down for a drive later in the year to check some out and thought it would help to ask for recommendations.

There is a new international school opening up in Hua Hin (Hua Hin International School).

From what I hear the people running it are all ex-Patana who later went on to found the St Andrews schools.

With that background, I would fully expect them to do a good job.
