Google Earth Updates

I've just noticed that imagery of the south of the Island has been updated.

Imagery is now dated as recently as 5 and 11 of Feb. 1915.

Confused. Mapping satellite travels longitudinally, so not sure why only south has been updated?

North was updated too, but to pre-mid-2014 photos. Surin is still heavily infested with beach-chairs here
