Except that it is not.

The post credit scene showed a race in Tokyo. There was nothing like that, just a 2 minute filler which added nothing to the movie.

I am surprised this is getting such high reviews on rotten tomatoes. I like the movies that are filmed well, but this just sucked. It really felt like a cheap Donny Yen movie and not a F&F.It looked more like a parody,
