First General Shareholder Meeting Within 6 Mos

Featured Replies

Can anyone tell me what the agenda is intended to be for shareholder meetings required to be held within 6 months of the date of company registration? At this point, we don't have annual accounts to approve. Nor do we have anything that requires a shareholder resolution.

Cheers, Misty
