New Motorway Through Pattaya?

what is of the rumor that a new motorway will be built right along the railroad tracks going through Pattaya??d of this? Anyone else heared of this?

I heard from somebody that there would be a new motorway. But I was told that it would be further East, going somewhere near Mabprachan Reservoir, or east of there.
