BANGKOK: -- Two persons were injured in a pileup crash that engaged 11 vehicles on the Bang Na-Din Daeng expressway last night.

One of the two injured woman was pregnant.

She has back injuries while another has head injuries.

Expressway police said the accident happened at about 10 pm near Bon Kai ramp and involved all private cars.

The pile up crash occurred when one car put on the brake instantly causing other cars following behind in high speed could not brake in time.
