I am URGENTLY looking for rent a small office in Bangkok. Does somebody have any clue (or can recommend me somebody who does)? If you have something to offer - please give me a call at 099385110 (TH mobile), and we can discuss it.

Requirements:

- PhayaThai\VictoryMon-t\PhahonYothin\Aree area (or not so far from these).

- small family-based business - office for 8-10 persons

- office MUST have private entrance and (nicely) has an well-accessible car park nearby (offices in towers are less welcome - offices in private 3-4 floored "blocks" are most interesting).

- price around $US 500.-/month

- long-term contract with no down-payment/deposit, future buying the place is possible (in thoughts).
