I lived in the US for 62 years, and here over 8. It doesn't take long to see what's obvious. I said earlier, look at how a woman looks after 50 here and wasn't talking about the body as much as the face and skin. Obesity is higher now in the US of course, as that's where most of the junk food is, but Thailand's slowly catching up. Even when I first moved here, there weren't as many overweight as there is now. The level here used to be in the less than 10% but now is way up to almost 50%. The childhood level has doubled in the last two decades here also. This is going to be the future here, especially with all the rice eating, along with the sugar drinks and snacks given to children at the school events. I've been in the gym business most of my life, and know full well how many there are who need to lose weight, both in the gyms and outside. People who work out are more aware of this in general, and as a trainer myself for many years even more. Yes, I didn't choose well in the couple women I've had children with.
