Gemma Wale of Birmingham in UK jailed for breaching loud sex noises order

BIRMINGHAM: -- A WOMAN who breached a court order that barred her from making “loud sex noises” has been jailed.

Gemma Wale, of Small Heath in the city of Birmingham, England, was given a two-week prison sentence, the Birmingham Mail reported.

Judge Emma Kelly ruled that Wale, a 23-year-old mother-of-two, had breached an anti-social behaviour order by “screaming and shouting whilst having sex” at a “level of noise” that annoyed a neighbour.

Judge Kelly added that Wale had also breached the order by arguing with her boyfriend, called Wayne, swearing at a neighbour, “banging around the house” and “running around in the property”.

The details emerged in a written ruling following a hearing in Birmingham County Court.

Birmingham City Council took legal action after a neighbour complained.

When she comes out of jail she will have a job for life doing voice overs for the video porn industry.

nah, not "nanny state"; it's beyond the limits.

This is quite bad too:

At one stage there was a man knocking and kicking at her front door while his brother was getting out of the back window.

There was a lady in Florida accused of a similar offense...

Her lawyer had the charges dropped because in the throws of ecstasy she was reported to have yelled "OH GOD!!!"...

Thereby giving her protection under the 1st Amendment... clap2.gif

Jailed 2 weeks for such an offence? I'll say if it's a male judge a lighter sentence will be given.

Hey, if she's a screamer, she's a screamer. I have to admit though: that at times I've found screaming to be annoying and even distracting whist in the act itself. Then again, in response to her jail time, her neighbors not sharing her enthusiasm have a valid complaint. Interesting that the partners involved with this siren weren't made co-defendants. They should be fined or jailed for not putting something big enough in her mouth to quiet her down.

Many years ago when I was very innocent, I was staying at an hotel and thought a girl was getting murdered for the screaming she was making. Wasn't till I saw a porn film I realised...............tongue.png

Screaming at 5 in the morning... well I would call that anti social behaviour.

She was throwing ecstasy? Isn't that a controlled substance abuse case ... or did you mean "throes??"

At any rate, some of the legal proceedings in the UK and US make Thailand seem a bastion of sanity.

No not really a nanny state.

Forget the Sex side as it's the nuisance and the extreme noise which she was warned by the court to control.

She was jailed for disobeying the court.........like Contempt of Court which is a serious offence.clap2.gif

If you have ever had to put up with constant inconsideration from neighbours you would understand.

No not a Nanny state at all.

Forget the Sex angle which you mostly have hit on.

It was the persistent load noise and inconsideration which caused the Court to misuse the order.

She chose to ignore the Court which is like Contempt of Court which is a serious offence.

If you have ever had inconsiderate noisy neighbours you would understand.

They can drive you crazy.
