can someone please suggest me a room (guesthouse) or condo to rent in Hua Hin for one month (maybe stay longer still don't know), budget around 8000 baht, must be decent place, clean, airco etc.

no, at 8000 baht per month, with all the comfort you ask, impossible for a tourist. Even in the middle of nowhere.

Even less for a condo. Not exaggerate.

We can find for a long-term lease, but away from everything and you have to have a motorcycle or a car.

The Nathariya Condohotel by the left side of the main beach and soi 7 in Cha Am. At this time of the year, may be less than 8000/month. Complete furnished with AC. A local "secret", used by many expats and university students.

Easy to find, just look for the Davinci Restaurant or get directions with Peter at his ChaAm Seaside Hotel close to soi 10, or any scooter / taxi driver in town. Its have also a website online.

The Condohotel is the only high rise building on that part of the beach. Have a very big parking and a very nice swimming pool.

Very good beach front location. Walking distance to all the nice restaurants, bars, and the fishing port.....and biking distance to the highway to Hua Hin/BK and night markets. Bicycling is the main transportation in Cha Am.
