I have most of my setup,

Just after a few weights and a bench press bar,

Anyone know of anywhere in Roi Et who sells weights gear?

I havent actually mate, but I did try the sports shop at the serm thai complex here, i believe is the same company and they only had the bent type bars, and not very long... the weights gear was very limited, I might pop there and have a gander though so thanks for the reply.

Bought some weights today from Lifegood in Rangsit. 50KG assorted weights, 2 dumb bells,bar and lock nuts. Seem good quality and Thb4,390 for the lot, complete with plastic storage case.

For the 'power' guys they had a good selection of heavier weights, benches, etc.

OK, the good news is they charged Thb200 for delivery to my house in the sticks north of Roi Et and assured me they will be there tomorrow.

Very helpful people to deal with but hardly any English,so will need your Thai half to speak to them.
