My Thai GF is selling her motorbike. She owns it legally, has green book etc.

What does she need to do to transfer ownership to the buyer? Thanks.

There are 2 Govt documents you can get from any dealer in Thai language--Sign those 2 Papers the Book and a copy if her ID card signed and ready to sell and transfer..Really a Simple process

She doesn't really have to do much except sign her name.

from my notes

Thai seller
Signed copy of ID card front and back ( not expired )
Signed copy of house registration ( not allways required )
signed " nungsue moub umnart " หนังสือมอบอำนาจ ( if seller is not going with you to DLT )

umnart_drl6_.pdf
signed "beb kum kor own le rup own " แบบคำขอโอนและรับโอน

cor own_.pdf
green/ blue book signed by current owner

Just for peace of mind a sales receipt so you wont be responsible

( accidents or traffic fines ) after date of sale buy sell.doc
