Guest House/Hotel required to report check-ins online (not TM30)

Recommended Posts

This will only be of interest to those of use that sometimes help management with IT.

Maggie's Homestay, Prachuap, was visited by HuaHin Immi. officials yesterday,

I was out so missed all the action.

Guest House is now required to (daily) report new arrivals online.

I can't find the page (at www.immigration.co.th) where the GH initially registers,

then can report daily. Can any Thai lingo literati please post the direct link.

Cheers, AA

This has saves us loads of time plus not having to copy pages etc, as ubonjoe says you nee to get it set up so you have a reference number at immigration but once that is done it is a good system.

Info is here in English. http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/en/base.php?page=alienstay If you want it in Thai http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/base.php?page=alienstay

The registration has to be done at the local immigration office.

If you compare the English and Thai version, you see that only the Thai version explains the registration via internet.

Just that the link to the immigration extranet (currently) does not work whistling.gif

It has the same "issue" as the original address for 90 day reporting and also the link is useless anyway as it leads to some generic "Oracle HTTP Server 12c" homepage.

Maybe there is a professional who knows the correct deep link to this alien registration?

And I am quite sure that the "businesses" (hotels, guesthouses) would usually do it via internet?

Has this link changed ?

Last month we used http://extranet.immigration.go.th/pibics/loginfn.jsp to register our guests.

Now it does not work/connect.

They changed the 90 day online reporting address at end of June so I suspect they changed that one also. They.changed it to a https .site.

I think a call to immigration is needed.

Glad you got the info you needed.

Security warning is the same as you get when doing online 90 day reporting.

To check it out I just opened the page using Chrome with the IE Tab extension installed. No need to use internet explorer.
