Athletic course in Phuket?

Featured Replies

Hi, can someone tell me if there's some athletic course (here in Phuket) for my 9 years old son?

Thanks in advance.

What, exactly, do you mean by "athletic course?"

At 9 years old, why don't you simply introduce your son into some sports / physical activity? Eg. swimming, football etc.

Hi, my son already did an agonism swimming course. Now I think he have the right age to start an athletic course has sprinter, because since he was at the kindergarten, he run faster than the others and have won many school

competitions.

Thank you and sorry for my English.

A few years ago, Laguna did something for kids during summer holiday that was similar to what I think you are looking for.
I have not seen it advertised this year.

QSI also did a competitive run at Bang Wad dam from time to time.
Check their website.

The American schools seem to honor sports more than any other nationality that I have seen.
QSI is the American curriculum so, I think they'd be your best chance.
I think PIS (the one near the Tesco at Chalong/Rawai) has something going on for the summer also I believe.

I remember about 2 or 3 months ago Thanyapura had some kind of competitive run because one of my FB friend's son won his age group and posted pictures.

Good luck.

Good luck.

Yeah: Phuket International school.
I believe they changed their name but that is still what many call it.
IT's a predominantly Russian school across from the new Makro on the Rawai side of Chalong circle.

If someone knows the new name, perhaps it would help the OP. (sorry, I don't )

Got it... the Headstart it's very expensive I think. My son went to the Kajonkiet and he won many run competions there. I will try to ask at the Surakul stadium.

Thanks anyway to you all

No, different school. Phuket international school is still there, I think also under that name, but now also has a French school dependence.

No, it's not Headstart.
Headstart is in Kathu.
This school is in Rawai, near Chalong circle.
Sorry for the confusion.
