I-mobile phone will not swich on

Featured Replies

My granddaughter has an i-mobile Hitz 328. She left it unused for about 2 weeks. Ithas been on the charger and the display lights up with a battery full icon, but it will not switch on. The usual method of holding down the bottom right button ie # has no effect. Can any expert advise? Thank you.

It's a dumb phone, so no magic key combination to bring it up in DFU/Factory mode. I suggest for the price you simply buy your G-D'tr a new one.

GSM only frequencies: 900 1800

Dual SIM

Micro SD 8GB max

Pull the battery, remove the SIM cards and any MicroSD.

First try putting back just the Battery and battery cover and see if it powers on.
