Water Heater Multi-Point / Low Pressure

Featured Replies

Hi all:

I need an urgent recommendation, after a few bad purchases, for a multi-point heater, that handles lower water pressure best. I mean, kicks in at not so good water pressure.

Thank you kindly.

I'm a satisfied owner of Stiebel Eltron multi point 8000 watt under the counter water heaters. I've owned five for over 7 years. A few have been fixed via me mailing them to Bangkok and I have very good water pressure due to a diaphragm pressure tank. I've looked at the Mini Stiebel Eltron DHM6 and I did not see how you could regulate the temperature. Maybe a forum member who owns this small Stiebel Eltron could comment on adjustments. I currently have a 3500 watt Toshiba WH3511G wall unit in a 300,000 baht temporary home in a village with no water pump and no water storage tank. That Toshiba works great assuming we have "village water" that morning. However when I build a new proper home in the village I will buy the inexpensive Toshiba WH6001 MMP Multi Point Water heater that has a temperature control dial on the front. At less than 4800 baht the Toshiba under the counter multi point unit seems to have a longer real warranty with actual Toshiba repair service in Buriram province and an obvious way to control the temperature, unlike the more expensive Stiebel Eltron Mini model. I will buy a water tank and water pump shortly for the modest village house if there is no water for showers in the morning.
