Hi.

A friend needs help in Europe and I need to get some money to him asap. I cannot send more via western union online and moneygram online failed. Can I go to an office in thailand and send cash somehow?

A bank transfer? If the money is needed to pay bills, pay them directly on a CC. Depending on the country the person is in, you could by items online and have them delivered.

Depending on your nationality WU ID verification is very easy and quick. That would raise the send limits considerably.

You can't make an international bank transfer to somebody else's account from Thailand. However, the "office" he could go to would be any bank that offers Western Union service. I don't know any reason why this wouldn't work but am interested in learning.
