Hi, I have a 150 mb for 150 baht monthly package with AIS. Near the end of the month/renewal time they seem to take my remaining usage away. This month I had 52 mb left two days ago and now they have taken it all. I don't use it that much. Was wondering if its delayed or something, thanks

If it's android phone, apps update themselves all the time... Maybe the package expires on a certain date also

Unused data doesn't carry over into the next month, I have 9GB a month and it "disappears" on the 13th whether I used it or not :)

DTAC's Love and Roll unused data rolls over.

Some may say that CasualBiker's tinglish is getting more pronounced the longer he stays in Thailand.

Actually, "Love and Roll" is the name of a series of DTAC PostPaid Subscription Package, where subscribers are "able to carry over unused data balance of current month to the next month."

DTAC SME Business accounts have a similar feature.

Generally, AIS or 12Call customers will find the following in the Terms and Conditions of their subscription packages:

Any leftover data allowance at the end of each month cannot be rolled over to the next month or billing cycle.

Any unused balance at the expired date will be lost and will not be rolled over for later use.

Google translate of AIS PostPaid DoubleNet subscription terms and conditions:

If the package is not out of the net. Cumulative net balance can not be carried forward to the next billing cycle or month.

As poster #2 pointed out, apps do update themselves but most phones are already set by default to only update by WiFi..

To check, go to "Play Store", click top left of screen to go into "Settings" You will see a selection box for update preferences.

Maybe you are "assuming" the data rolls over, when in fact your particular package does not and restarts each/every month.

Just a thought.

Is it monthly or per thirty days?

Does it rollover at midnight or at the exact minute of initial subscription?

Its not midnight, mine expires around lunchtime on ais and it "should" automatically renew if there is enough credit in the phone (although sometimes it doesn't and they steal some credit of your not paying attention but that's another story)
